Sholtanova Zaripa Esenbaevna was born on May 20, 1969 in the Beineu district of the Mangystau region in the family of a teacher. The father of the late Sholtanov Esenbay and the mother of Tleubergenova Ushtap are honorary teachers of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Higher education. He began his career in 1991 as an English teacher at secondary school No. 1 in the village of Kuryk. Since 1994, he has been working at the Mangystau Polytechnic College.

From 1994 to 1998, he worked as an assistant to the deputy director for educational work of the Mangystau Polytechnic College, from 1999 to 2004, he led the association of humanities as a part-time teacher of English.

In 2018, he was appointed Director of the Mangystau Polytechnic College.
